The FFP has been&nbsp;recognized by human rights experts&nbsp;as \u201cthe best workplace-monitoring program\u201d in the US and \u201cone of the great human rights success stories of our day.\u201d&nbsp;To learn more, please see the FFSC\u2019s&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fairfoodstandards.org\/es\/reports\/\">annual report<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Compensation starts at <a><strong>$45k annually<\/strong><\/a> and ranges commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include employer-paid medical, dental, and life insurance; 20 days of paid vacation and five days of paid sick time; parental leave policies; an employer-matched 401(k) plan; all federal holidays; organization-wide break the week between Christmas and New Years; and an optional two-month unpaid sabbatical once every three years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications\/Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fluency in Spanish is a plus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong attention to detail and organization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work well as part of a team and independently<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comfort with technology, including MS Office, databases, and project management tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commitment to human rights and the mission of the Fair Food Program<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to interact well with people of different nationalities, genders, and education levels<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide administrative support and assistance to FFSC\u2019s Management Committee<ins> and FFP leadership<\/ins><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that the FFP meets filing deadlines for multiple agencies and registrations, including but not limited to:<ul><li>Charitable organization registrations<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Insurance renewals<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grant reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporate feedback from staff into the creation and modification of public-facing materials, such as flyers, PowerPoints, and graphics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with the onboarding of new staff<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arrange travel logistics for staff, including for FFSC&#8217;s audit team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with tracking correspondence in the organization&#8217;s databases<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schedule Zoom meetings and monitor\/update the calendars as necessary<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><ins>Perform other related assignments as necessary<\/ins><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Applicants should send a resume\/CV and a cover letter describing their interest in the position to Judge Laura Safer Espinoza at <a href=\"mailto:careers@fairfoodstandards.org\">careers@fairfoodstandards.org<\/a>.
